Getting started
Hazel is a healthcare-financing platform in the UAE. You apply for a financing plan in minutes at your clinic, Mashreq approves automatically, the clinic is paid in full immediately, and you repay in monthly installments over a term you choose.
Your financing is provided by Mashreq, a licensed UAE bank regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE. Hazel is the technology platform that brings financing to your clinic's checkout; it does not lend or extend credit itself.
A growing network of partner clinics across the UAE accept Hazel, spanning dental, aesthetics, fertility, vision, wellness and general medical care. If your clinic isn't yet a partner, you can refer them to Hazel through our website.
You apply at the clinic from your phone using your Emirates ID and a few basic details. The application takes up to 2 minutes and there's nothing to fill in advance.
Up to 2 minutes to complete, with a decision in minutes. You'll know where you stand before you leave the clinic.
You can check your eligibility online in advance to get a pre-qualification reference, but the full application is completed at the clinic so your treatment can be confirmed and the clinic paid directly.

Yes. Checking your eligibility on Hazel is a soft pre-check that gives you an indicative decision. A full credit assessment only happens later, when you complete your formal application with Mashreq.
My financing plan
You can finance from AED 10K up to AED 150K per plan, covering everything from a single procedure to complex, multi-stage treatment.
You choose a repayment term from 2 to 48 months, with fixed monthly installments that suit your budget. The longest 48-month terms apply above AED 50K; smaller amounts run up to 36 months.
Your rate is personalized to your profile and confirmed by Mashreq on approval. It's competitive with a standard personal loan, with no arrangement or processing fee, and every cost shown before you accept.
Yes. You can set a monthly repayment date that aligns with your salary cycle, and installments are then collected automatically by auto-debit.
Yes. A single plan can cover a full course of treatment, and you can also open separate plans for different procedures.
Yes. You can hold more than one active Hazel plan at a time, subject to approval by Mashreq, which is useful for staged treatments or financing care for family members.
Repayments
Repayments are collected automatically by auto-debit on your chosen date each month, so there's nothing manual for you to transfer.
If a payment is missed, Mashreq will contact you to arrange it. Your clinic is unaffected. They were already paid in full at the start.
Yes. You can settle your plan early at any time through your account, which reduces the total amount you pay.
Any early-settlement terms are disclosed by Mashreq up front, when you take out your plan and before you accept it.
Your full repayment schedule is available in your account as soon as your plan is approved, and a copy is sent to your email.
My account
You can log in to your account online to view your balance, plans, repayment schedule and details at any time.
Yes. You can update your contact details and preferences directly in your account, in a few taps.
If you don't already bank with Mashreq, an account is opened automatically as part of your application so repayments can be managed. There's nothing extra for you to set up.
Once any active plans are fully repaid, you can request to close your account through customer support. We'll guide you through the steps.
Security
Yes. Your data is handled with bank-grade security and in line with UAE data-protection requirements. We only collect what's needed to assess and manage your financing.
Your information is shared only with Mashreq, a licensed UAE bank, for the purpose of assessing eligibility and managing your plan, and with your clinic to confirm your treatment. It is never sold.
