Hazel is a healthcare financing platform for elective and semi-elective treatments, from AED 10K up to AED 150K, with flexible repayment plans of 2 to 48 months (the longest terms apply to larger treatments above AED 50K). You apply at your clinic's checkout, get a credit decision in minutes, and your clinic is paid directly so your treatment can go ahead. You then repay in fixed monthly installments.

Your repayment schedule and total cost are shown in full before you commit. There's no arrangement or processing fee, and you can settle early at any time (an early-settlement fee may apply, per the terms of Mashreq). You'll see any fees that apply before you accept your plan.

Hazel financing starts at AED 10K, so it's built for higher-value treatments like dental implants, IVF, or a hair transplant. If your treatment is under AED 10K, ask your clinic about paying directly, or about combining it into a larger treatment plan that reaches the AED 10K minimum.

Hazel is available at partner clinics and hospitals across the UAE, covering MedSpa and wellness, fertility support including IVF and genetic testing, cosmetic treatments such as dermatology and plastic surgery, dental care, vision correction, and hair restoration.

Your financing is provided by Mashreq, a licensed UAE bank regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE. Hazel is the technology platform that brings financing to your clinic's checkout; it does not lend or extend credit itself.
