What partner clinics check before they start offering Hazel at reception.

Your clinic is paid the full amount upfront, generally within one business day of approval. Mashreq transfers the treatment amount directly to you, so you don't wait on the patient's repayment schedule.

That is entirely between the customer and Mashreq. Your clinic has already been paid in full and carries no repayment risk whatsoever.

Yes, a minimum financing amount applies. Most specialist procedures qualify comfortably, and our team confirms the threshold during onboarding.

No. The application runs on your phone or any device with a browser. There's no install, no integration requirement and no new hardware to buy.

Either works. Most clinics let customers apply from their phone, and a customer can also apply on their own phone while on site.

Yes. You can present Hazel to any customer. The credit decision is then made automatically by Mashreq, so you simply offer the option to everyone.

Yes. Checking your eligibility on Hazel is a soft pre-check that gives you an indicative decision. A full credit assessment only happens later, when you complete your formal application with Mashreq.

If you're not eligible right now, you'll be told immediately and can leave your email to be notified as eligibility expands. There's no penalty.

Yes. You can settle your plan early at any time through your account, and settling early reduces what you repay overall. An early-settlement fee may apply, per the terms of Mashreq.

If a payment is missed, Mashreq will contact you to arrange it. Your clinic is unaffected. They've already been paid in full.

Yes. You can hold more than one active Hazel plan at a time, subject to approval by Mashreq.

No. If you don't already have an account with Mashreq, one is opened automatically as part of your application, with nothing extra for you to do.

All financing and repayments are in UAE dirhams, collected automatically by auto-debit on your chosen date.
